Refund policy

At UNIVERSAL Y MAGNÍFICA S.L., we work to ensure your shopping experience is always satisfactory. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple, fast, and transparent returns and exchange process.

1. Period to Request a Return

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

2. Return Conditions

For us to accept the return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused and undamaged).

  • Retain its original packaging, along with all accessories and components included.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been unsealed, for hygiene or health reasons.

  • Items damaged due to improper use.

3. How to Return a Product

  1. Email us at info@magnificagames.com stating:

    • Your order number.

    • The reason for the return.

    • Photographs of the product (in case of a defect).

  2. Return instructions: We will send you an email with instructions on how to prepare the package, along with the return shipping label.

  3. Pickup / Drop-off: We will arrange pickup at the address you provide or provide you with a nearby drop-off point.

4. Return Costs

  • Defective product or shipping error: We will cover all shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

  • Withdrawal or change of mind: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

5. Refunds

  • The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.

  • It will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one:

  1. You must first process the return of the original item.

  2. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
